Am going to china for 5wks in april and want to take the train to tibet. Has anyone done this? Any suggestions? thanks
Train from china to tibet
Trains t27 goes from beijing west railway station to lhasa. It takes about 47 hour totally and frankly speaking, if your time is not very tight, travelling to tibet by train really worth your time and money. You can check the timetable through www.adventurechinatrip.com/chinatrain.asp.
