We are heading to shanghai in early Feb.... we have been warned by many that the level of pick-pocketers are quite high in Shanghai. Is this a major concern that we should be worried about or has this been exaggerated?

Also - we%26#39;re coming from sunny australia and heading straight to Shanghai... what we want to know is, how cold does it get there? Are we talking about going on the verge of snow?
