I Want 2 do a trip to HK, China (. Wall) Korea & Japan.. ?

I am getting married next year and my (wife to be!) and I would love to do a tour of asia and take in the following places for our honeymoon (We have travelled a fair bit already and we loved Thailand etc so we are hoping to see some more of Asia!) .

Hong Kong, Great Wall of China, South Korea and Japan.

We are hoping to go for 3 weeks and we are hoping to break up the trip for example with 3 days in Hong Kong, 7 days for the Great Wall, 4 days in South Korea and 7 days in Japan.

Does anyone have any suggestions about the best place to go about this? Should we look into individual flights, or are there tour operators that will accomodate this?

Just looking for any suggestions at this early stage.

7 days for the Great Wall?! What are you thinking of doing for 7 days on it?!

Since you%26#39;ve only 3 weeks, I would strongly advise you to be less ambitious and stick to either Hong Kong + mainland China, or South Korea + Japan. Otherwise you%26#39;re only going to get a very superficial glimpse of anything you see, what%26#39;s the point of doing that?

I agree that it would be better to limit the destinations--you could easily spend the whole time in China or in Japan and Korea.

Also, flights between Japan and China, for example, are expensive enough that that flight might cost as much as a flight from the UK would cost.

Also, what kind of experience are you looking for--hanging out in a resort in a beautiful setting, staying in a budget hotel in big cities, hiking in pristine natural settings?

If money is not a big concern and you are interested an urban trip, you certainly could visit Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul and Tokyo in 3 weeks. But I am not sure this is what you will really enjoy.
