Just arrived from China..Stayed at Shanghai Yin Fa hotel. got the rate they offer the service is impeccable. Few of the staffs speak english and courteous. that made a great difference for a non chinese speaker as they went out of the way to help me get cabs, tour buses and also helping me with my choice of restaurants and malls.
All in all a very pleasant stay and excellent location from all the coffee shops and the malls.

Address is 1068 Beijing Xilu. It%26#39;s relatively near the Portman Ritz-Carlton and Jing%26#39;an Temple metro stop (line 2).
